Support
We understand that recalling and talking about these extremely personal experiences can be hard and upsetting, even if they happened a long time ago. We know that often times we do not feel comfortable talking to people we know about these experiences but we also know that they usually do need to be talked about so we’ve listed some support lines that you can reach out to if you need.
Please do not be ashamed of needing help or feel that what happened to you isn’t big enough or important enough to reach out, it is always okay to ask for help and don’t let anyone make you think otherwise.
